Building D
Building D, the former Northstar Studio, is a self-contained production space in one building: A 6,380 sq. ft. stage, and over 13,820 sq. ft. of mill and office space – the perfect home for a small production.
All buildings on the Vancouver Film Studios lot are equipped with 24-hour security.

Building D Mill and Lower Offices:

Features: Wardrobe, set dec and props areas, washing machine hook ups, 10 private offices, level and dock loading, first aid room and high bay lighting. Mill space has been renovated to handle construction equipment and wired with 110 and 220 volt outlets.
Stage D:
Square feet: 6,320
Features: Sound door, acoustical insulation, clear span, high bay lighting.
