Natasha Dickson was appointed Vice President of Operations for Vancouver Film Studios and Pacific Backlot Services in 2004 after serving four years as Executive Assistant to the President.   In addition to hiring and supervising the VFS security team and building maintenance staff (the company’s largest single division), Natasha is responsible for the operational function, maintenance and building improvement plans at all VFS and PBS buildings.  This includes the interior and exterior upkeep of 13 sound stages, 6 office buildings, assorted mill spaces, equipment rental buildings, and other warehouses.   Natasha also supervises a fleet-leasing company of 60+ vehicles on behalf of VFS and its parent company, The McLean Group.  Natasha assists with the preparation of capital budgets for both PBS and VFS to ensure operational expenses are scheduled without interruption to studio operations.  Natasha Dickson has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, 1996) from the University of British Columbia and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from BCIT.
