Kimberlee joined the Vancouver Film Studios in 2000 as a member of their office administration staff. She was appointed Executive Assistant to Sacha McLean in 2002 and Marketing Assistant in 2004. In 2005, Kim was asked to take on a more senior marketing role and assist with the launch of Signal Systems, VFS’s sister company and telecommunications division. Kim’s focus shifted back to VFS the following year when she was appointed Director of Marketing for the studios. As Director of Marketing, Kim is responsible for VFS stage bookings and for ensuring the requirements of its extensive customer base are met with friendly, professional service. Kim also handles the development of all promotional materials for VFS including website design and content, and other public relations initiatives. In addition to courses taken at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Film School and BCIT, Kim is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree through Royal Roads University (Class of 2012). Kim is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade and a sitting member on their Sustainability Committee. She is also a member of the Commercial Production Association’s Marketing Committee.
