David Courtney
IPC Specialist
David Courtney monitors the Signal/VFS helpdesk, a 24/7/365 service provided to all VFS and Signal Systems customers. He is responsible for ensuring all customers receive timely support either through the helpdesk call line or via an on-site service call. David also provides on-site support to VFS’s parent company, the McLean Group at their head office location. Prior to joining the Signal/VFS team, David worked as a Computer Sales Associate at Staples. David Courtney has a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from BCIT.
