As much as we secretly like the enthusiastic attention from would-be film industry workers who are unaware that we don't actually make motion pictures, we should take this opportunity to set the record straight. Unlike the traditional Hollywood studios, our tenants are the ones doing the filmmaking and we stick to what we know: the rental of production facilities and the provision of production services. We don't hire employees for our tenant productions, and the last production we filmed was our company picnic. To those who may have sent us the occasional script over the years, thanks for the interesting reading and good luck!
