What we offer

Vancouver Film Studios (VFS) is a state-of-the-art production site featuring the finest in sound stages and office space, and outfitted with the latest in technical support. In total there are 13 sound stages, 10 of which are purpose built, mill space and office space. VFS customers enjoy a wide array of top quality facilities and amenities, along with a full complement of production support and services such as lighting and grip, voice and data systems, lifts and equipment, and office equipment. For the added convenience of VFS customers, assigned parking areas are made available to each production.

Situated on nearly two city blocks, VFS comprises 10 purpose built sound stages, office space and mill space. A gym is also located on site.

Ideally situated in Vancouver, British Columbia, Vancouver Film Studios is located 30 minutes from the Vancouver International Airport and 10 minutes from North Vancouver.

Pacific Backlot Services (PBS) provides production support for Vancouver Film Studios. PBS supplies lighting and grip equipment, lifts and location gear rentals. Additional services offered by PBS are waste, including composting, recycling and construction, furniture and office equipment.

Signal Systems (Signal) is a division of VFS which provides communication equipment and services for our film production tenants and any individuals or industries which require telecommunications, managed VOIP systems, two way radios, mobile and satellite phones.

Each production receives reserved parking areas. Additional parking can be arranged by contacting Kimberlee Alexander.

Productions and Tenants at Vancouver Film Studios are welcome to take advantage of the only private fully certified Helipad in Vancouver. Easy access for scouts, talent transfers, and location shoots.
